  1. Garments custom-made to the customer’s measurements and specifications are not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind, in accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law and its Executive Regulations.
  2. The shop will rectify any tailoring defect or non-conformity with the measurements or specifications agreed at the time of order.
  3. Any additional alterations or changes requested by the customer after the order has been completed in accordance with the approved measurements and specifications will be considered additional requests and may be subject to additional charges.
  4. These terms do not affect any consumer rights provided under the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.
