1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Dishdashah Alnukhbah website, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed and paid, the price displayed at the time of purchase is final.
3. Tailoring Services
Custom tailoring orders require accurate measurements. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Standard tailoring period is 5-7 working days and may vary depending on design and season. Made-to-measure orders are non-returnable unless there is a tailoring defect.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payment via KNET, Visa, Apple Pay, TAP, and Deema. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. In case of a failed transaction, the amount is automatically refunded within 3-5 working days.
5. Delivery
We provide delivery service across all areas in Kuwait. Expected delivery time is 1-3 working days for ready-made products, and 5-10 working days for tailoring orders. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Dishdashah Alnukhbah website including logos, designs, text, and images are protected by intellectual property rights. Copying or reproducing any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
7. Loyalty Programme
Our loyalty programme awards points on every purchase. Points are redeemable for discounts on future purchases. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the programme. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
