Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Policy
You may return ready-made (non-tailored) products within 7 days of receipt provided they are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Used, washed, or altered products are not eligible for return.
2. Custom Tailored Products
Custom tailored orders (bespoke dishdashahs, custom eqaal) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a tailoring defect or clear deviation from agreed measurements. In such cases, we will re-tailor or alter free of charge.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +965 66887999 or email info@dishdasha.com
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos
- Once approved, you can return the product to our branch or arrange pickup
- Refund is processed within 5-7 working days after receiving the product
4. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. KNET payments are refunded within 3-5 working days. Credit card payments may take up to 14 working days depending on the issuing bank.
5. Exchanges
Ready-made products can be exchanged for a different size or colour within 7 days of receipt, subject to availability. Delivery charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-tailored dishdashahs and eqaal (unless defective)
- Innerwear (Mukasar, Faneela, Underwear)
- Fabrics cut to order
- Bulk tailoring supplies (threads, zippers, needles)
